Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta You’ll Crave Again and Again

A delicious pasta dish that combines the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  5. Pour in beef broth, milk, ketchup, and mustard. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and well combined.
  7. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
