Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. On a baking sheet, spread tortilla chips evenly.
  5. Layer seasoned beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the chips.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add black olives and guacamole.
  • Can be served as a game day snack or casual party food.
