  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add cauliflower and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
