- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 1 hour until tender.
- Once baked, let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop out the insides of the potatoes, leaving a small border.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potato insides, cheddar cheese, sour cream, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture back into the potato skins and place them back into the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
