Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes are a delicious and indulgent dish that combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, making them a perfect comfort food option.

  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 1 hour until tender.
  3. Once baked, let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. Carefully scoop out the insides of the potatoes, leaving a small border.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato insides, cheddar cheese, sour cream, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Stuff the mixture back into the potato skins and place them back into the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your loaded twice baked potatoes!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of paprika to the filling.
