Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious low carb wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken that make for the perfect quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until chicken is done.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
  5. Lay a portion of the mixture onto each lettuce leaf and wrap.
