Macro Friendly BBQ Ranch Chicken Bowl

A delicious and healthy BBQ ranch chicken bowl that is macro-friendly.

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken, and grill for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, layer brown rice, black beans, corn, sliced chicken, avocado, and cheese.
