Maple Cinnamon Granola

A delightful blend of oats, nuts, and spices coated in maple syrup and baked to perfection.

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm the maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let it cool before storing in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Feel free to add dried fruits after baking for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
