- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package phyllo pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted; remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, and beaten egg.
- Layer phyllo pastry sheets, brushing each with olive oil, and cut into squares.
