Methi Bhaji

Methi Bhaji is a delicious spinach dish that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups methi (fenugreek) leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  2. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and green chilies.
  3. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder and methi leaves.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the leaves are soft.
  6. Add salt to taste and mix well.

  • Adjust the number of green chilies based on your spice preference.
  • Serve with rice or chapati.
