  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently to maintain its fluffiness.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crusts and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle with Biscoff spread before serving.
