  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup hot honey
  • 12 mini biscuits

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk, dredge in flour mixture, and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and drizzle with hot honey.
  7. Serve on mini biscuits.
