  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat the sliced flank steak with cornstarch and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef.
  3. Cook until browned, then add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add chopped green onions and stir well. Cook for another minute before serving.
