  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the cubed bread, bacon, cheese, and strawberries to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set.
