Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing it into an even layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
