One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta (Just 20 Minutes!)

A delicious and creamy garlic pasta made in just 20 minutes with turkey bacon, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add olive oil and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, add crispy turkey bacon back in.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
