  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, cook the onions until caramelized.
  3. Add the pasta, beef broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the cheese until melted.
  6. Serve topped with crispy turkey bacon.
