  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta, spinach, cherry tomatoes, broth, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
