  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
  7. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
