  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the bread cubes, chicken ham, crumbled bacon, sautéed vegetables, and half of the cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
