A delightful recipe for pan-fried cabbage and noodle buns that brings comforting flavors together.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and cook it in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked noodles and stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and noodle mixture and stir well.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then shape into buns.
  6. Heat oil in the skillet and fry the buns until golden brown on both sides.

Notes

  • Serve with additional soy sauce for dipping.
  • Feel free to add protein like chicken or tofu.
