- 1 head cabbage
- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Shred the cabbage and cook it in a large skillet over medium heat.
