  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pancake batter by mixing pancake mix and water until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour batter into the skillet to form pancake shapes.
  4. Cook until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham in another skillet until crispy.
  6. Once the pancakes are cooked, add turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of a pancake.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and drizzle with maple syrup.
  8. Fold like a taco and serve immediately.
