  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown each chicken breast on both sides.
