  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced zucchini and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
