- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
