Peach Cobbler Muffins

Delicious peach cobbler muffins that are easy to make and taste better than fast food.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced peaches.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter muffin, add more sugar to the batter.
  • You can use canned peaches if fresh ones are not available.
