  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Add oats and stir until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Top with sliced peaches, followed by the remaining crumble mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes
