- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
