Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Chops

A delicious and easy recipe for juicy pineapple teriyaki pork chops that are bursting with flavor.

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add the pork chops to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, stir until smooth, then add the remaining marinade. Cook until thickened.
  6. Serve the pork chops topped with the thickened marinade and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

  • For added flavor, let the pork chops marinate overnight.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar as desired.
