  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. Melt butter and mix with the dry ingredients.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until smooth.
  7. Spread cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  8. Drop remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
