Potsticker Soup

A warm and hearty potsticker soup that is easy to make and perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add carrots and bok choy; cook until tender.
  5. Stir in frozen potstickers, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, cooking until the potstickers are heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This soup can be customized with additional vegetables or proteins.
  • Leftover soup can be reheated but may thicken; add more broth as needed.
