Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. If desired, stir in the chopped nuts for added crunch.
