  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
