  • 2 cups cooked fettuccine
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and slice.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
