  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup crumb topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries and rolled oats.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with crumb topping.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
