Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking pan.
