- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside and crumble.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, cook the patties on medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch to thicken.
- Add the patties back to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
