  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange the apple mixture in the pie crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples in the pie crust.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
