  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with caramel sauce and sea salt until smooth.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto baking sheets and make a small indent in the center.
  8. Fill the indent with the cream cheese caramel mixture.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
