Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on each cookie.
