  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice sweet potatoes thinly and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer sweet potatoes, bacon, and cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
