  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in corn, then add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add shrimp, cooking until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
