1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
