- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for rolling)
