  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
