  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface.
  5. Spread diced strawberries and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly and top with cream cheese frosting before serving.
