Strawberry Hibiscus Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags hibiscus tea
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags. Steep for 10 minutes.
  3. While the tea is steeping, hull and slice the strawberries.
  4. Once the tea is ready, remove the tea bags and stir in the honey or agave syrup.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries and lemon juice to the tea.
  6. Let it cool, then strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  7. Serve over ice and enjoy!
