  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until combined.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Mix sliced strawberries with boiling water and dissolve the strawberry gelatin. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Serve chilled.
