- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- salt to taste
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
