- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
