  • 1 whole chicken, spatchcocked
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the spatchcocked chicken.
