  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
