- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
